Wendall Kalsow AIA, LEED Green Associate is Principal and President of McGinley Kalsow & Associates. His expertise in the assessment, restoration and adaptive reuse of historic structures has led to working on many distinguished National Register Properties and National Historic Landmarks. He has in-depth knowledge of historic building technology and appropriate techniques for the restoration and repair of complex historic structures. His focus on creatively integrating full accessibility and modern building systems into each project while restoring character defining features of the historic structure, has helped them meet the challenges of the 21 Century. 

 

Wendall is registered in MA, NH, RI, VT and CT. He serves on the board of Preservation Mass and is a member of the Lexington Historical Commission. He was recognized with the Paul E. Tsongas Preservation Award for his significant contributions to preservation in Massachusetts.

Carmen Ramos-Kalsow joined MKA in 2006 as  Vice President of. Business Development.  She is responsible for new business, contract management and office administration. She is instrumental in assembling staffing and a team of consultants to best meet client’s needs.  Carmen brings extensive experience in organizational consulting and leadership development, with particular expertise on process management.
